Generally, dogs of larger than 20 lbs in a duplex or larger unit will not be approved unless there is a fence containing each property. One dog of less than 20 lbs will be considered once completing the pet screening process below.

Regarding specific dog breed restrictions-generally if the breed is not insurable for the property owner or tenant (search insurance company dog breed exclusions) then we will not be able to approve the dog for the tenant.
