WILMOTH Group has specific policies for pets in that you will want to be familiar with.

All pets must be screened through our partner at PetScreening.com. Based on the screening approval may or may not be granted. Approvals will include a pet deposit and a monthly pet rent.

Assistance animals will also complete a PetScreening at no charge. No deposits or rent will be charged once verified that the pet is a certified assistance animal.
