Please report maintenance needs using your WILMOTH Group Resident portal through Rentvine. This is the same portal used to pay rent. Once logged into the portal, review the left-hand menu and select the "Maintenance" option.
Upon selecting this tab look for the "Maintenance Request" green button in the top right portion of your screen.
After clicking this button, you can complete a Maintenance Request to include details and images of the issue. The page looks like this:
If you are having problems using your Resident Portal account, you can also call 1-844-331-2387 . We encourage all of our tenants to use the WILMOTH Group resident portal in order to receive updates and know the status of their repair requests.
