In general, all WILMOTH Group rentals are for a minimum of 12 months. We do not work with short term rentals. In a very limited number of circumstances, a property we have available for rent, might be considered for a 6 to 11 month rental. These are very rare though.

If you have a specific property where you wish to rent but can only commit for a period of 6 to 11 months, please email: [email protected] and provide the address you are interested in. We will review and let you know if it might be considered. Please do not email us and ask what rentals we have available for a shorter than 12 month period. The response will be there are none.
