At WILMOTH, we will require a security deposit that will be equal to at least one month of rent. This will be in addition to rent that is due at move in. The security deposit is due at lease acceptance. If payment is not made as required, your application will be cancelled, and other applications reviewed.
In some situations, the security deposit could be more than one month rent. The determination of a security deposit exceeding one month rent will be based on higher level of risks as assessed by our underwriting team,
