No Key In The Lockbox

You have arrived for a self showing and found no key in the lockbox.

We are extremely sorry you have had this experience. The self-showing system has many safeguards to assure that a potential renter does not incur trouble, and people with bad intentions cannot beat the system.

Unfortunately, when a key has not been returned to the lockbox by a previous prospect it creates a great deal of inconvenience for the next one. The reason the key is not returned can be accidental but could also be a method for keeping additional interested parties from seeing the rental. Typically, after a viewing, potential renters are reminded to secure the key back in the lockbox.
